- We'll check out copies of Lord of the Flies from the library.
- You'll turn in your signed syllabus.
- You'll share what your groups came up with yesterday for the activity, including priorities, rules, consequences for not following rules, and how the rules would be enforced. We'll discuss as a class.
- Notes: You'll take notes on Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of human needs and make connections to the priorities and systems of government you established in your groups yesterday.
- Reading and Notes: We'll begin reading and discussing Chapter One, taking character notes as we read.
- WORK TIME: Finally, I'll distribute your vocabulary packets for this unit, and you'll work on completing Chapters One and Two vocabulary, which will be due in class this Friday, 10/20.
